I was really getting tired of the old blue and silver paint with blackwalls on my Chevy. So this weekend a buddy came over and we gave it a makeover. I still have to clean it up a little, and there are a couple touch ups to do, but I am really happy with it. Here are the results: Before: NOW: And my buddy's POS:
wow, your car looked good before, but after is awesome. hell of a blue 54 in there too,....that color paint is what mine looked like 50 years ago probably. Now more rust than paint.
Like I said on Chevytalk: Nice to see another *****en unchopped car. It looked great before but lace work on the roof really sets it off. could you share some info with us on haw you did it? Todd
Ya exactly. It turned out OK. It was a pain to get the lace to lay down on the curved roof. Thanks for the compliments!
Looks nice,,looked good blue but looks awsome two tone did you plan on the lace? or was it an after thought?,,im thinking if it didnt have the lace on the roof it wouldnt look that good,,and the whitewalls look soooo much better than those blackwalls
