    Looking realy GOOD! Nice color choice too! Also, back when I finished mine in 2006, I have some extra parts, if needed, let me know. Keep it up!

    Scott, I used good ol' Rust-o-leum satin black buddy!!

    Thanx, I shot it right at the house here, used a solvent base product from Limco...base coat/ clear coat.

  10. damn do you ever sleep? everytime I look at this post something major is done. I like the carport, makes working in the sun easier. sold my girls bel air this week and the elco is getting another intake and running to get it over to my mom's, then maybe I can get someone to back fill my old pool and have more room to work...........out of the public eye of course.

    hahaha im taking a break homie! i just finished this Ford and delivered it up north last weekend... http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=602454 even though no color sanding involved, im burnt lol! i gotta get back to work on my car! besides, as fast as you work, you would probably color sand circles around me!:D

    Yeah its my full time job CJ...im tryn to keep a sched! Plus I told myself I wasnt going to tear it to nothin..just clean it up a bit......whoops:eek: Cant help it! Checkin ur thread out now!

    Well I took Sat off and went to the Shifters Car Show....well after getting up at 6 am to get a coat of poly on the bed to keep me on track to paint the metal bed strips before I took off.:D

    Color sanded the back of cab and got the bed on yesterday w a few of the neighbors before the drinkin got to heavy

    Got the visor, grill, bench seat frame and a few panels sealed and in paint today! I should only have the 4 fenders and the hood left to for body n paint! Ill be so glad to start bolting it all together soon!

    Thanx guys...back to stripping paint and sanding mud:( Atleast the fenders are round so a bit easier to get rite!:)

    I cant get it to stop orange peeling.... so color sand probably when its all together...depends one how much free time you have Dante! :D

    The only parts left to sand and paint...So over stripping paint, I think im going to buy some aircraft stripper in the morn to make live a bit cleaner for the home stretch!
