The frames are the same. I don't think the bodies are the same but they are probably close

 

If it's the same cowl style, or year, the fronts should match. One of the doors off my coupe is from a 4 door, I was told when I bought it...

 

...'26-'27 coupe & 2-door sedan's use the same doors...4-door front doors are about 4" narrower...

Well I guess he was wrong, which unfortunately in turn makes me wrong. I don't like this....
