52/4 ford with 54 chevy teeth?

    hey guys,

    i think i may have caught a glimpse of this in some round up pix or it may have just been my mind wandering but has anyone got some pix of a 52-54 ford with a 54 chevy grill or at least the teeth on the stock ford cross bar?

    [yeah stuff like that, any idea if that ones all 54 or parts and peices of stuff put all together?

    any idea if its narrowed?

    Yeah, but the car in that pic only has 9 teeth. I don't think you could fit 54 teeth in there without some serious modification.

    SLIDE is right again!! -----54 is a lot of teeth.-----Chev grille bars are made in 3pcs fastened behind the end teeth at the parking light pcs
    Make any changes there.

    looks like all parts are 1954 Chev

    so if it needs narrowed do it were the bar comes into the parking like housings, have i got that right?

    What year's your car? In a 54 you just have to narrow it a pube hair. In a 52/53, you do the same and have to notch the parking light a little.

    Tim-------when buying extra TEETH remember right teeth are different
    than left teeth.

    And make sure you get a middle tooth, which is neither right, nor left.

    Just to clarify on the center bar, the seam between the bar and the outer ends/park light housings is hidden by the outboard tooth on each side.

    Anyone that started repopping these things could probably make a couple dollars doing so.

    They are re-poped. $60 per tooth.
