anyone know where to get a '52 chevy windshield cheap? i'm going to try chopping it this winter but i was wondering: if it breaks maybe i can order one precut to my new dimensions. is that possible? any shops that would do that instead of having to keep s****ping windshields? i'm already pretty broke! thanx v8custom
There's a guy on the HAMB here that sells them new... I can't remember his full HAMB name though... something with Hudson in the name? Maybe he'll see this. Anyway, I know that windshield guys are reluctant to do a cut windshield through the mail because of it's hard to get it perfect with just a cardboard template from across the country. But when I talked to the Hudson guy, he said that you can find a local guy that knows how to cut laminated gl*** and have him do it. Apparently it's not that bad if you know what you're doing.
