Just spent the last hour or so reading the entire thread. All I can say is WOW! What a classy ride- great choices along the way. This ride is proof that subtlety can be just as, if not more, breathtaking than "over the top". Well done.

That is pure motive class, the skirts look great and the tail lights really belong there. May I ask what size tyres you are running?

    Great job

I have to admit the car is drop dead sexy, but what is even sexier is those DOD decals on there. They are the same sized decals for cars, motorcycles or split window beauties like that.

Great build. Interested in just how many hours in total you and the shop had in the building and fabrication of the car?

All I can say is wow, you knocked it clear out of the park on that one. So many neat little tricks but so subtle that they all look so perfect on the car. The color is right on and it looks like the interior is going to be just right on the money too.
You have just raised the bar a couple of notches for the rest of us that is for sure.

  10. I am not sure o the totals but it was hammer down for 3 months straight. I had a week straight just getting the final prep for paint 8-10 hours a day and Matt had endless hours Gerri g everything straight.
I hate those damn stickers they won't give me a temp pass any longer then 30 days it's a pain on the ass lol.

That interior with the paint you chose goes together perfect. I live in the same area as you, I'd love to see this car in person!!

  15. Well the car had made it o a few shows with tons of mile in between. Just need to build some panels for the truing Nd have them covered and a few paint touch ups and she will be 100%.

Very Very nice. I like everything that you have done, especially the fender lips and the fender skirt lips. That is one of my favorite steering wheels also. I bought one from the Chev dealer in 1952 for my first car a 46 Chevy.

Geez, between your car and Farmer12s '41 Plymouth I'm actually thinking of doing a sled next. Always appreciated the style of the Kustoms, just more performance oriented. Bet the missus would love something like this. Beautiful car!

Absolutely stunning. The picture where you first showed the car with the grille just made my heart jump. This is one of my favorite customs I have seen in a while, and I really hope to see it in person someday. Serious respect and congradulations from me to you. Wow!

  28. Again thanks fellas. I read your comments to my wife and she was beside herself. She would also like to thank you all for the kind words. I had so much fun building this car. The wife actually asked over breakfast what I have planned for the next show season ( is that a free pass?)
