53-54 chevy hood help

hey guys is there a difference in the two hoods, i know there is on the fenders and grille, but every pic i look at of the hoods looks the same, help me out thanks

 

parts book shows the two hood panels (left and right side) are the same on 53-54 chevy cars, part numbers are 3705345 and -46

they cost $24.90 per side new in 1959
