The '53 is an Arizona car and that is what mother nature provided for looks. its all original no enancements. I plan on leaving it like that for a while too. i would eventually like to paint it. For now the worst part of driving it is all the **** flying around from the seats. h aha, some shades helps keeps that outta my eyes though.

Now did you have to do any modifications to the wheel well to accept the drop? or did the wheels and tires tuck nicely w/out any mods? and wut other mods besides the obvious bagging, did you have to do to lay frame?

The wheel wells are stock, no mods were necessary. The rear of the frame is notched, so is the floor above the axle, the bag mounts are about half an inch or less into the floor, but if you look in the trunk you wouldnt even notice it. the driveshaft tunnel is raised and thats about it.

All you need to do is bury them half way up their doors sticking in the air and you'll have your very own tourist attraction.

When are you going to paint the 53?

JUST KIDDING!! I need to take a nap. Both are very cool. Super work.

In this picture you can see where the frame was torched out and flared for the air bag up front.

I'm very curious on how the floor is modified and the front suspension set up.

    Did you modify the driveline?

not sure which car youre talking about, both drivelines are stock. and the floor was raised on both of them for driveline clearance. they both sit flat on the floor too, they can not be driven when they are completely aired out, the '66 does throw some very impressive sparks at high speeds though lol

    was talking about the 53.

I'm not familiar with the 2door frames but my 4 door the driveline goes through the frame and it seems that it'll have to be cut to have the clearance for full frame lay out. I'd be really interested in some shots of the frame work. Such a killer car. In absolute love with it.
