The easiest way I found is to glue the caps to a beauty ring. You may have to trim some of the sheetmetal backing of the cap to clear your spindle etc. The name of the adhesive I used is Sikaflex. You can Google it and find a number of suppliers 7 Years on the road, never a problem.
