I'm glad you decided to go with the white exterior, definitely going to stand out from the crowd, which is good in my book! Top notch job on the truck, keep at it, it's looking great!

  5. Outstanding attention to details!
I would have moved the motor back a little further but that's just my opinion...

I'd have to agree, the attention to detail is amazing on this build. It sure is going to push the rest of us AD truck guys to pay more attention to things on ours rather than be in "Git er done" mode.

  21. Hey Frank, did you have to cut the cab floor/firewall to clear the transmission?

Yes Tony, only a couple of inches.

  23. Thanks Frank. The truck is looking sweet. You're about a year ahead of my build.

Please do excuse my French, but Holy F*cking Sh!t bro... All i can say is YOU ARE THE MAN!!! I love how you have the balls to just go for it, and even better, the skills to make it happen!! You are an absolute inspiration, the way you take each item of the build as if it is a project itself and do it RIGHT. Can we say "attention to detail"? It seems on here the people with that work ethic always turn the best results.

I should say i've never been big on these trucks but nobody can deny yours is a great example. IMO the nicest i've ever seen. ..Excellent workmanship and thanks for sharing!!

    Very nice work!

A few posts back you mentioned you were open to ideas on the interior. What about white with orange accents? It's not something you see everyday and it can look pretty cool. Below is a photo of an interior on a 53 Mercury. It's more cream color than white but it gives you the general idea.

Anyhow, your truck is an inspiration for me.

When you first filled in the side windows I was a little nervous, but after seeing it painted, I really like it.
