Ok so I got my Aerostar springs on, 3 inch blocks on the back and new shocks all the way around. 12 volt harness from rebel wire, T5 adapters on order as well as a larger sway bar and a 9 inch coming soon. Are there any other cool tricks out there while I have this thing apart that I should look into?

How about a Duel Master cylinder for your Brakes. A Disk Brake kit for front also could be done. And then there is Power Brakes.
You Could add a Power Steering Box by Borgeson. Its a bolt on with only changes to Steering Shaft and fab up a bracket & PS pump.
Maybe Air conditioning for those hot Days.
Always something to do. It never seems to end.

There are two ways to tackle the switch issue, one is to install a "T" fitting in the new line you added on the other is to fab up a bracket under the dash and use a GM style adjustable switch which is a better alternative if you have installed a new 12 volt wiring harness, there are pictures of this in our archives.

There is 3 parts to those videos. The guy mentions all the parts you need.
I just asked for a 67 Mustang with a 289. For the brake switch I put a tee fitting inline with the front brake line out of the master cylinder.

What does matter is the master cylinder part number in 1967, the Mustangs used both drum/drum and drum/disc brakes if you match them correctly you will not need a prop valve and also there were power and non-power brake options. The video was for a drum/drum non power application.

I used a drum/drum dual non power bowl from a 68 Mustang and used a pressure switch for the brake lights. Works great, the only thing I had to change was the push rod, I believe it wasn't long enough. I got mine from a local cl***ic mustang spe******t but you can get it from here. I also upgraded to a jamco sway bar since my old one snapped. I wish jamco would make a rear sway bar for our cars! Looks like they skipped '52-53!

For brake light switch( autozone parts are garbage, get NAPA) Ask for a 65 Ford F100 truck(240 6 cyl) with drums.
You'll probably have a hard time finding a tee that has the thread to screw in the brake switch.
I modified a 3/16 brake line br*** tee. On the side I drilled open to tap a NPT 1/8-27 thread and that worked out as my inline tee. That tap comes in almost every tap and die set.

About the brake "tee" guess who has a better selection in br*** fittings than most parts houses? Ace Hardware! Got all mine for the dual master upgrade there.
