53 ford front spindles to disc brakes

I am planning on coverting my 53 ranch wagon to front discs. I know the wagons had originally 11 inch drums as opposed to 10 inch on other passenger cars. Does anyone know if the spindle diameteris larger or are they the say as pass cars. The places selling thew conversions don't seem to make any distinction.
