53 pontiac master cylinder

Hi Everyone,

need some quick help. I took my master cylinder off a few weeks ago, and now i'm putting it back on, and I can't remember if the bolt that holds holds the distribution block on the front utilized washers (Br***)? Any ideas?

Also when you bench bleed a single master, that's a frame mount, is it ok if a little fluide comes out after bleeding and before installing? I dont know how im going to get the master cylinder back on the car without any fluid escaping.

Yes, the block needs br*** seals. Don't worry about the fluid leaking a bit, you'll have to bleed the system again anyway.
