Technical '54 12v upgrade gremlins

Hey Everyone, got a 54 Belair and did the 12 volt upgrade. After putting the battery in and turning the key, the starter starts when in the key is in the "on" position. She stops when the key is turned back to off. I have no horn, and only 1 working brake light. Not sure where my wires are crossed but looking for any help.

How did you do your 12 volt upgrade? Horn and brake lights do not hook up anywhere in the ignition switch circuits, they are in the BAT circuit. More information is needed, but not as far as to the colors of the wires- that doesn't really give any relevant information .
