54 Chevy control arm removal- need help

I got new pins for my 54 chevy front end
how do the inside pins on the top control arms come out out the frame
I got the control arms off just have old wrecked pins still in the fame that i need to get out

any help would be awesome

 

They are threaded in from the front. There was a special tool to screw them out, but you'll have to improvise.
