1952-59 Ford '54 dual exhaust

Put a 292 with dual exhaust in my '54 Customline and would like to put at least exhaust pipes (manifold to muffler) on so that I can start it to tune it and move it around. Does anybody know where to buy the pipes? If not, will dual exhaust pipes for a '55 fit? Thanks.
