Technical 54 pontiac steering wheel

I live in Australia and am customising a 54 pontiac coupe. Wasnt able to get a replacement steering wheel so repaired mine and covered in leather. Does anyone have a manual for the breakdown of the steering wheel. There is one rubber piece I cant find a place for.Any help would be appreciated.
