1952-59 Ford 54 Ranch wagon spare tire "lid"

I've got a portion of the lid that covers the spare tire in my wagon and want to rebuild the portion rear of the hinge. is there stainless trim all the way around the perimeter of the piece?
Anybody found a decent replacement for the lino cover that was original?
Anybody got any pictures of the lift handle?
What about the covers for the rear wheel wells?
