Does anybody remember who the main guys were who ran 55 Chevies in I/Stock during the 60's? Bill & Andy Spanako ran one called Monster Mash with Bill Jenkins/Jere Stahl stuff. Others?

Thanks. I had one built in my head when I was about 17, even had a block line bored at Jegs (I'm from Columbus). But my father squashed the idea.

Don't remeber that Ohio car for some reason.

  4. Carroll Caudle and Harley Wynn from Amarillo (Aamarillo Dragway) both had unbelievable SB 55 Chevies, but they ran in modified production, not I/S. Caudle was a National record holder. He launched at 11,000 rpm and shifted at 8,000. Pretty impressive.
