you have to have the right "grunt",,when you your veighns are popping out of your fore arm and your teeth are starting to grind on eachother your close,,but once you let out the first gasp,and your forehead starts turning red your almost there,,in a last ditch effort youre ready to give up but you let out a grunt from your inner self like your trying to pull up your best friend who is hanging from the side of a 5 story building.and then the bolt turns no more,,, that is the correct torque you need to tighten your A-arms
