no easy way to put it my friend get out your grinder cut the bolt down flush, mark it with a center punch and drill it out, then clean the threads up and your back in play! Keith

93Chevy55, are the bolts that you are talking about the ones that bolt to the cab and "A pillar" or are the ones in the doors themselves. If they are the ones that bolt to the "A pillar" you can remove the kick panels and get to the cage nuts and use vice grips or the like on the outer bolt, or if the heads are broken off flush you can open the "cage" that captures the nut and holds it in place inside the kick panel. If they are the bolts in the doors themselves you can carefully drill them to the appropriate size, and use an easy out. I would soak around the bolts themselves with some type of penetrating oil, (I suggest Kroil, although it's expensive...) before attempting removal.
    Good Luck,
    Seth

hey i found the problem andnot so jolly ur thinking about the hinge bolts these were in the door. but today when i was working on the door. the guy filled the skin with bondo so i wanted to get a little bit off. so i was gettin it off and there was alot. what the guy did was he punded in the skin and then drilled holes for the bolts and connected it that way. the guy was stupid and put up to a inch thick of bondo over it all so there is no way i can use the door. so im gona get a new drivers door. but hte pas. is still good thank god he didnt do the same. but thanks guys
