Technical 55 chevy to 57 pontiac conversion u- joint

hey guys I need help finding the brand and number for this 55chev shaft to 57 pontiac rear end yoke . I have looked on a load of sites but but cant seem to nail it down so if someone can help that would be great thanks in advance

 

Ok what you are looking for is a Spicer 1310 series to Mechanics 3RL series joint. The Pontiac has wing caps on the rear end as I recall ,not sure if that conversion joint is made.
