55 coupe deville horn & center bar

Does anyone have a picture of what i need here to get this center portion of the horn to stay on and what about the electrics ??

 

I disassembled a column out of a 56 a couple of months ago but I don't remember how the horn ring was held in place. There was a wire that went down the hollow steering shaft that was soldered to a stepped brass button on the wheel end that was the contact for the button. These usually don't survive the use of a wheel puller. I know from experience.
