55 f100 with a C4 Hurst Daul Gate

I would like to use a Hurst Dual Gate shifter for my 55. I think that Hurst made a Dual Gate for the C4. If I go this route could I use a shifter or a cable made for a GM transmission? If not would what cable will work, or am out of luck.
