I finally found my way here after about two days trying to figure out how. None the less I posted this on the big board for a 55 ford steering gear. I thought I'd have a better chance of finding one here. I found one for the perfect price, then had some issures to deal with that took my spare money for 55 ford parts and fixes too. Now back up to speed I'm interested in buying one for around 50.00 plus shipping to my home in Taylor Mi 48180. If anyone has one and would like to part with it for that price or a little more give me a shout. I was told from the "ford barn site" someone had one for sale as a rebuilt one on this 52 to 56 Ford group. I couldn't find it. I am going to have it rebuilt, take it to a shop and have him switch them out. Has to be a 55 gear box and not a 56, they were shorter because of the new lifeguard system they introduced for 56. Deeper dish steering wheel. Thanks Dave
