I am looking at a '55 Victoria (2dr Hardtop, of course). The car has some nice custom touches... its nosed, decked, lowered about 2-3" cut springs/blocks, fender skirts, spider caps. 272/Automatic. White on White. Nice 5-10ft'r. Interior is nice, Dash/Gauges Super nice, Engine compartment is detailed nicely, Suspension and Frame rails are all painted ch***is black. Car runs good. I let it sit and idle for over 45 minutes while I looked it over and it never ran hot or puked a drop. Things I did not like or need fixing 1) still a 6 volt system w/generator.. wish it were 12volt/alt 2) 272-2V, wish it were a 312-4V 3) door latch worn on driver side, made it a little hard to close/latch door 4) one vent window chrome had some light surface rust 5) manual stock drum brakes, no pwr steering, no a/c I know its hard to give a value on something w/o pics at least. Hoping for some thoughts on its value as I have not kept up with the 55/56 Ford values in the last 5 years.
