Car is looking good. Can't wait to hear it run and see the paint job. That should be a handful to drive!

Interesting set up. Love the look of being able to see the motor through the grille/grille opening without the radiator blocking the view.

thats the look im going for but also dont have the room to run rad in front of motor because of the moon tank behind the front cross member due to saftey issues for nhra.

I just found this thread. WOW! what a nice build. please keep the pics coming.

  9. This whole build makes me weak in the knees. Definitely had to change my underwear. Olds rear ends are always a bitchin option especially on a 55 Chevy. A real 150 turned into a gasser. Cool man. Real cool. :D

Nice work and thanks for taking the time to make all the post. It's so cool to have a vision and being able to bring it to life. Once you fire it up the smiles will be non stop. I know the first time I set the line lok and side steped the clutch made it all worth while.

Your 55 is one of the coolest I've seen. Everything is dead on, you have an excellent eye for old school detail. Love BBC dressed old, the injection, the tube front end, wheels, interior blah blah blah. Great job man that car looks BAD ASS. Kev
