Hot Rods 55 Montclair Medallion Location

I am trying to get the measurements to replace the round fender Medallions on my 55 Merc. Who knows or who can I ask? Please I need help

 

The ones on the front fenders? (this is a picture I found online, not my car.) I ***ume they mounted with a peg or screw that went through a hole, and your fenders have the holes filled? Can you find the spot from the back side of the fender where the hole goes?
