1952-59 Ford 55 or 56 hood?

I'm fairly new to the 55-56 Ford's and was wondering if the hoods are different up front where the ornament is? I want to louver a hood and was wondering if one is easier to fill in the emblem over the other. It looks like the 55 hood has a different ornament. Thanks for the help.

 

you are correect. '55 hood ornament only leaves 3 screw holes behind when removed. '56 leaves a triangle shaped hole roughly 2.5 inch in diameter and some screw holes.
