purchased a 55 savoy 1 owner all original. Has 2 spd powerflyte, any help with re-installing engine and torque converter? There is no inspection cover to access nuts to connect converter to crank. Does this converter just "slide" onto shaft or is it like the ford's that have to be rotated to allow proper seating of converter?
I have an old book already and it does not specify reinstalling. You tube has no info I can find on powerflyte.
