they're not early Chevy truck wheels. Might be from a toyota?

Toyota 4WD only. the early ones. I think a Chevrolet wheel would have nubs in the center for hubcaps

It was common practice for Toyota to punch year of manufacture in the wheels, so I gess these wheels are of a 1983 Toyota 4wd.
But the normally share wheels, regardless of body style and model, so early hilux, land cruiser or hiace 4x4 from early eighties will fit.
Go to you pick'n'pull and ask for them. Some Datsun's run the same wheel, but different off set, and less marking of year and stuff. At least nothing on the front side.

T for truck, hight and width, edge of the rim (jj/normal, appose to widowmaker), aproved by DOT, manufacture stamp, oct. 83.
