   I have a '55 studebaker car 3 speed trans in an old pickup. The trans has 6 bolts holding down the flat top plate. What trans do I have? Is there a Jeep or whatever top shift cover that I can use to changeover to a floorshift?

   Stude pickup 3 speed parts or Jeep. Seems like some clearance grinding was required to fully engage 2nd & reverse.
