Hi everyone I have been on here for awhile and just started building a 56 chevy 3600 truck and was wondering what options I have for hubcaps or centercaps for this truck. I have done some searching on here and on other sites and was wondering what you guys thought would look cool on it. I am keeping it simple like a truck would have been back in the 50's for hauling stuff to the track and so on. I am looking for something traditional. I have some 70's stock 16'' steel wheels that I might paint red and slap on it. I am limited to what I can do because of the 8 lug rims. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Too bad, I just tossed out 2 12" wide, and 2 9" wide 8 lug rims; went to a smaller tire/wheel combo on my DD truck. On my old 58 with 6 lugs, I knocked the rivets out of the hubcap clips, painted the wheels black, and used chrome acorn nuts. I thought it looked cool but simple. Butch/56sedandelivery.
