56 chevy rolled and pleated dash

    Good evening people,
    I couldnt get a good shine on my dash, and i didnt want to repaint it because of the tinted windows , so i did a roll and pleat job.
    what do ya think??

    Looks******in" did you get a roll of "pre-made" pleated material, or pleat it yourself ? I really like it! Perfect...Ken

    This stuff is pre-pleated, pretty easy to work with.

    Where is it from? An upholstery shop? boat shop? wallmart <-- that would be the best for MY wallet!!! I do really like it, would like that in white to do every square inch of my T to contrast with the "boat flake" gold paint...Ken

    Chopper,
    i bought the material from a fabric shop, it come in rolls 54 by whatever,
    in my case it was 54 by 60 , and the cost was 79.00 which really isnt bad.

    Hey, did you just make a big roll and pleat pad and then glue it to the dash? I have not been able to find info on how to do it.
