hey guys, there's almost more newbies than originals. Are we gonna take over and install a new government while we can, or try and behave? I'm still trying to locate a new front crossmember but I think Goodells went out of business. I can't get an answer on any of the phone numbers he has listed anyway. I don't have a lot cash laying around, but it's tempting to maybe just put a late-model front clip under it or even a straight axle if I can still keep a fairly comfortable ride. Any suggestions?
Welcome to the HAMB from Illinois. The mid 50's Ford guys know who sells those front crossmembers. Post on the Hokey board. Include the words '1956 Ford crossmember source' in thread ***le. The long time hoodlums here have been able to keep the newbie hoodlums under control so far. The Boss is a strict enforcer of the rules.
