The bumper off my 56 Mainline has 4 holes in a diamond pattern on each side of the license plate a few inches from the bumper bolts. When I got the car I thought they were for bumper guards but they appear to bolt on via a single large bolt each on the bumper I bought recently. Anyone seen that before/know what they are for?
