I got 1/2 degree of neg. caster, I would like 2 or 3 pos. still got original king pin front sussp. with disk brakes. was wondering if anybody has cut the upper a arm mounts off and did a stand up 3/8s piece and used shims to align using the same a arms, without doing a complete front end change over. Drives fine just has zero road feel and no neutral feel to it just like GM built it in the 50s and 60s and most of the 70s, I have always been amazed at how many people you talk to that just love the way them old cars drove, I never did like that zero feel. and when I put that 69 Camaro close ratio power steering box on it well it got a lot worse. Any input is appreciated
There was a 50 Olds at Bonneville a few years ago. The builder cut the stock suspension loose and rewelded it to gain what you want.
