    Hello!

My '57 Chevy 3100 is an older frame off that's sadly starting to show some rust spots. The worst of it is on the p*** side rear stepside fender, the FRONT of the fender, just above where the step panel bolts on onto the bed.

Does ANYONE make a patch panel for that part of the fender? I've searched but can't find one. Let me know...

    Thanks....

    Chris

I haven't seen any for the rear. The only patch panels I have ever seen are for the cab and front fenders.

Nope, same fenders from 55 to 66 and no rear fender patches. I made my own and they can out pretty nice. Shouldn't be too difficult

you can make them. go to youtube and check out eastwood tutorials on how to do a panel. really not that hard for your truck. form it first rough over the place where you want it then take out the old and finish forming it there.tack it in slowly no distortion here.finish it with some mud and sand and paint. if you never done your own get an old fender and do a few before trying the 57. good luck

  6. Good stepside fenders aren't that hard to find- I p***ed up a nice pair for my '56 a while back for $150 for the pair... should have grabbed them...
