57 ford f-350 flatbed

I saved this truck from the crusher some 20 plus years ago, its been setting in my back yard ever since.it has a y-block motor still in it, I started it up when I first got it, but it hasn't run since then. the tires are bad, it would have to be hauled. maybe somebody can use it. no title. thanks
