Hey thanks! He has ceramic coated stock manifolds on it for now. He plans on making some headers for it soon though.

  2. You must have missed it when I said I really didn't give a rats ass what you did with it. Like hot rods? I suspect I was messin' with hot rods before you were ever though of. Just drop it, let it go.

I didn't miss anything, I suspect that we've had more hot rods than you have ever thought of having. I'm through with you, but this pretty much sums you up.

  5. I am reminded of the time back in the mid-sixties that I used to jump up on the fence to root for a yellow 1965 Comet named "The Hairy Canary". This car, we were told, was "427" powered and it could really scoot. I was in love with this car, especially being I was an FE Ford fan. When this car ran, it usually won, and my FE friends and I would "high-five" each other on it's achievements. It wasn't until half of that season was over that we learned that the "427" that powered this car was actually a Chevy 427, not a Ford! The truth be known; it never stopped me from jumping on the fence and rooting for this car. Whatever all that means, I'm not sure, but it seems appropriate here. Good luck with your car whatever you do with it. Amen!:)

Hey Vicky, why don't you back the fuck up and let the guy be.
This guy and his family are my neighbors and we aren't particularly close to put it delicately, but he's right, with a "HOT ROD" using what you have lying around is the "Traditional Way" and if a Belly Button is what you have lying around, then that's what you use.
Whether or not he/they would or wouldn't know about a Ford engine is beside the point.
The guy is trying to share something cool and deserves an attaboy for the rescue not a bunch of heckling from some guy like you.
Oh and for the record they've done 5 or so cars in the last 6 years, how many have you done?

  10. Thanks John Milner. I had a '57 Ford back in the '60's and I tore Atco drag strip up with it. Was my favorite ride of all time. I really mean good luck and I will be lookin' for ya on Pinks All Out. Hope you can make one somewhere around the mid west. I know they go to Texas.
