57 Olds front disc brakes????

Does anyone know if there is a list of parts to convert 57 Olds front drum brakes to disc? Spindles, bearings, etc

Fellow HAMBer "flamedabone" used late '70s Chevy pickup rotors/calipers, worked great and same 5 on 5 bolt pattern. Good luck, Frank
