I don't see any GM part numbers. I do see "GUIDE RID 58" and "MADE IN USA". In both. The secondary bulb bracket is spot welded in and the extra hole for the wire directly behind it. Looking at the clip sides the ends aren't perfect. The driver side is corroded on the back but you can see the stamping on the inside.
