   there are two hoses from the power valve to the power cylinder. but i cant remember which goes where.
   i think the 'top' hose on the valve goes to the 'right' port on the cylinder but i'm not sure.
   
   any help?

   Looking at one on a 62 if that is the same the port on the rear of the cylinder goes to the top of the the valve.
