Technical 58 GMC 100 engine swap

    The timing cover on my '61 Bonneville has the mount, although it's not used. I believe Pontiac had them through 1964. However, 1961 and newer timing covers are aluminum, so I don't know how well they'd stand up to the stress.

    Update, the Tri-Power has been sold. I managed to get $2250 out of the tri-power so I'm back to scrounging for the "right" 389. Thanks for all the input and I'll keep you guys posted.
