Who makes a cam sensor for flathead Fords and Lincolns that fits in the slot on the end of the camshaft on 59AB or Lincoln V-12 motors? I think I've seen one but can't remember who made it. My stock bulbous Lincoln V-12 distributor is in the way, and I'm converting to semi-synchronous fuel injection. Hopefully there is a cam sensor that will fit and might be modified for a second output 75 degrees later to work with two even fire 6 cylinder boxes on the odd fire V-12.
    Thanks

Another possibility that might be easir to wok with would be to adapt a gutted '42-8 Ford V8 or '41-46 Ford 6 distributor shell, which without its need for a cap and such would protrude less than and inch and a half, much much more compact than the Lincoln. Then the apparatus for the 2 sensors could be built into that. The central shaft, presumably all you would keep of the innards, is locked to the cam and is not interrupted by its original advance mechanism.
