Hot Rods 59' Apache dropped axle & power steering unit question.

Hello, I had a Sid's 4" dropped axle in my 53' truck and it was awesome. I would like to put one in a 59' Apache I picked up but it has power steering. Has anyone ran a 4" dropped axle with this type of power steering setup. I've attached a pic of the 59's power steering unit and how it sits in relation to the axle. Any wisdom or experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
