Speakin of 59 el's i was just driving to school this morning and i seen one that needed a lot of work that was parked on side of the road. Damn thing has soem potential.

The power steering setup is worth saving. This would be the generator / pump, control valve, tie rod, and slave cylinder. A factory P.S. steering box has a slightly quicker steering ratio, so get that also. The 283 would be worth saving too. Looks like the it's is a Power Pack, (4 barrel carb). The motor mount brackets (that are bolted to the frame) are V8 only, (as is the throttle arm and linkage) so they are keepers also.
