One of the hood hinge springs on my '59 is about shot. Trying to find a replacement... No luck ANYWHERE. I understand that the '60 hinge (and spring) will bolt in and work in place of the original. Can anyone confirm this? Can anyone turn me on to a '59 hinge spring, or a left side '60 hinge and spring? Thanks!
How about a picture with some dimensions? Is it possible other Ford model springs would work if you had two?
