One thing I have noticed that has really accelerated in recent years is the near total loss of personal integrity, it's really amazing. It won't end well though for now good people need to pay attention and do***ent everything.

  2. G.ive Blanco a bit of a break. He stated up front that he was a novice. A man has to start somewhere and I imagine at one point, we were all in the same position in our lives

I really don't think your '55 is 12 volt positive ground. I had 3 of them and converted to 12 volt. They were negative ground. In my high school days we (the cool crowd) all had '54 to '56 Fords. When we changed them to 12 volt we used the '56 as a guide. All the lamps were direct replacement. There were some type of resistors available for radios. Generators and voltage regulators were wrecking yard items. Starters and heater motors didn't seem to mind the additional voltage.

  4. Just a hint on polarity. The positive post and ***ociated cable is slightly larger in diameter. I agree with vickckik it is probably 12 volt negative ground but you can't tell what someone did without looking.
