6V alternator: I bought this from Fifth Avenue Antique Auto Parts for my 1941 Ford. It is a 60 amp, 7.5 volt with an internal regulator and the DA plug to hook it up. I have all the instructions and it was only used for less than 100 miles. It works great but I had some wiring issues so I rewired the car and went with 12 volt. I paid $248 with shipping - sell for $190
